"After receiving an e-mail saying the goods had been despatched i heard nothing more and had no delivery for a few days. I progressed this and it was investigated promptly (it turns out Royal Mail never collected the item). A new item was despatched and arrived within a few days as promised."
Drinkstuff says: Thank you for your comment David, I can confirm your order was despatched with parcelforce. Unfortunately it seems the driver did not scan this when it was loaded onto the lorry, when this happens the parcel is lost within the system. We are unaware when this happens until a customer contacts us. We're glad you have now received your order.
